A Daughter's Betrayal!

Welcome back to my YouTube channel,” Olivia Jade Giannulli began as she addressed fans on the popular video-sharing service. “Obviously, I’ve been gone for a really long time.” The 20-year-old influencer has been keeping a very low profile since her famous mom, Lori Loughlin, and fashion designer dad, Mossimo Giannulli, were charged with fraud, money laundering and bribery for allegedly paying $500,000 in bribes to get Olivia and her older sister, Isabella, 21, into the prestigious University of Southern California by having them falsely designated as recruits for the crew team.

On Dec. 1, Olivia made it clear to her nearly 2 million YouTube subscribers that she’s ready to return to the spotlight. “I really miss it,” she said of filming for her channel, which focuses on beauty, fashion and vlogs about her life. Though she expressed concerns about not being able to speak openly about her current situation for legal reasons, Olivia said she couldn’t let it stop her from doing what she loves. “I feel like a huge part of me is not the same because this is something that I’m really passionate about and something I really like to do,” she said. “And I want to start taking small steps in the right direction.”
