Having recently been released from prison following false murder accusations, nightclub owner and former drug dealer James St Patrick aka Ghost (Omari Hardwick, Levi in 2012 musical movie Sparkle) is ready for a fresh start when season 4 of crime drama series Power (20142020) returns from its break.
Ghost is set on earning his family’s trust, “but in Ghost’s pursuit to redeem himself, he runs into just about every kind of trouble,” says Omari. Just after Ghost settles into his first day at home as a free man, he learns that his reckless teen son Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr, Terron in sports drama film Amateur, 2018) is being held hostage. Ghost is forced to partner with his old rival Kanan (rapper 50 Cent aka Curtis Jackson, Cassius in legal drama series For Life, 2020-now) to rescue Tariq.
