On December 15, the child star-turned-fashion mogul, 34, will go to court with her estranged husband Olivier Sarkozy, 51, where they’re likely to spar over their lavish, $13.5 million townhouses in New York City. “Olivier insists he deserves at least half a share of the property because he paid the original cost, plus spent a sizeable sum of his own cash renovating it,” says an insider. “But Mary-Kate argues that it’s her money that’s been supporting the entire marriage from the get-go.”
