The 37-year-old lawyer from the Orange County, Calif., firm of Brown Rudnick has freely embraced her client in the Fairfax, Va., courthouse where he's suing his ex for $50 million and she is countersuing him for $100 million. "The touchy-feely gestures have raised a few eyebrows," an insider tells Star. "Johnny's a flirt with the ladies."
