RELATABLE! Queen R Elizabeth II may have been the one being feted during the U.K.'s recent Jubilee, but her great-grandson Prince Louis was the star of the show, making faces, cheering and generally being a squirmy 4-year-old as his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, tried to corral him and his siblings, Princess Charlotte, 7, and 8-year-old Prince George, during the festivities. Explaining that the tot had had access to "a lot of sweets," royal cousin Mike Tindall later joked that the little prince was on "a complete sugar high."
