Amanda Knox: MY LIFE IN HIDING

LABELED “FOXY KNOXY” BY A PRESS EAGER TO DISTORT REALITY, AMANDA KNOX IS STILL HAUNTED 10 YEARS AFTER BEING SET FREE.
Amanda Knox: MY LIFE IN HIDING

AMANDA KNOX was hiding something. Fearful of the “paparzzi bounty," she had witheld news of her daughter Eureka's birth for months, even while podcasting, with husband, novelist Christopher Robinson, 39, about her pregnancy. In a revealing new interview, the 34-year-old broke the baby news and opened up about her nearly off-the-grid life near West Seattle, where she grew up. “I'm excited not to have to keep pretending not to be a mom,” she told the New York Times. “Cause it's like, my brain is just there."

Amanda has reason to be wary of public opinion. While it's been 10 years since she was acquitted of the headline-making murder of her roommate Meredith Kercher in Perugia, Italy, the woman the press once dubbed “Foxy Knoxy," has lived under a cloud of suspicion, fueled by the Italian press' wild stories of her supposed erratic behavior after the stabbing of the 21-year-old British exchange student.
