How Sweet It Is
After what seemed like an eternity apart, DAYS granted "Xarah" fans their wish: reuniting Xander and Sarah. Torn apart in March 2021 when Kristen kidnapped Sarah on her wedding day, the couple has faced a long, arduous road back to one another. Payoff came in a sweet series of scenes that took place at Mickey's grave, an unusual yet perfectly fitting setting for Sarah to regain all her memories, including those reflecting her deep love for Xander. The duo's tender and heartwarming reunion included sensitive touches like Xander revealing that he'd brought flowers to Mickey at the cemetery every day since Sarah's disappearance, which triggered Sarah's memories to come rushing back, accompanied by a parade of Xander/Sarah flashbacks. It was a joy-filled and heartwarming moment captured beautifully by portrayers Paul Telfer and Linsey Godfrey, who brought warmth and finesse and rich emotion to the long-awaited beat. The two actors have an incredible natural chemistry that enhances their on-screen relationship, and their work here surely made "Xarah" supporters proud.
