It certainly doesn’t seem like 20 years ago that Dame Joan and Percy said their vows in the palatial drawing room of Claridge’s. But upon opening the OK! archives to take a look back at their big day, it’s clear a lot has changed since then.
In 2002, the 180-strong guest list included late, great showbiz icons such as Cilla Black and Sir Roger Moore. Joan’s nine-year-old goddaughter Cara Delevingne, now a world-famous model and actress, was also in attendance.
