Rewind to November 2018 – and less than two months after welcoming her third child, Kate Hudson vowed to get her A-list bod back by shedding a whopping 11kg while also keeping on top of her demanding professional and personal life. So how did she go? ‘Not quite as planned,’ Kate, who turns 41 on April 19, admits.
As a busy mum to sons Ryder, 16, and Bingham, eight, and daughter Rani Rose, 18 months – Kate admits that, while she initially shed the baby weight, indulging at Christmas combined with little time to sweat saw her gain 6kg earlier this year.
‘I got on a scale, and I wasn’t impressed,’ the Fabletics activewear founder admits. ‘But that’s OK because I know how to do this.’
This time around, Kate finessed her approach to her diet and fitness goals by focusing on keeping things simple and doable within her busy lifestyle.
