It’s clear to see how far James ‘Arg’ Argent has come on his weight-loss journey – dropping a huge 13 stone in nine months after undergoing gastric surgery.
But nobody is more impressed than his ex Lydia Bright, with a source telling new that she couldn’t be happier for her former flame.
“Lydia and Arg have grown really close since his weight-loss surgery and she is incredibly proud of him,” they said. “They were each other’s first love and have always held a special place in their heart for each other.”
Lydia, 30, and Arg, 34, dated on and off between 2008 and 2016 before ending their relationship for good. But in recent months, the pair have been reportedly spending more time together.
