Like any excited mum-to-be, Lauren Goodger has been swotting up on everything she needs to know about pregnancy, labour and babies. And as she prepares to give birth to her first child in July, a source close to the former TOWIE star has told new that Lauren, 34, has made her birth plan.
“After looking into it, she’s decided she’s really keen on having a water birth. She loves the idea of it,” our source explained. “She thinks it looks so calming and from what she’s seen on videos, the women look really relaxed. She thinks it will be the most comfortable option for her and the baby.
