Since giving birth to her first child in December 2020, Kate Ferdinand has frequently spoken about her changing relationship with her body. The 30-year-old has shared unfiltered photos and talked candidly about feeling “panicked” by her figure.
And as new catches up with the former TOWIE star, who celebrated Cree’s first birthday last month with husband Rio, 43, and his other children, Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13, and Tia, 10, she tells us she is determined not to put pressure on herself to do anything other than work out for her own mental health.
“I enjoy working out – it clears my mind,” she explains. “But I don’t feel the need to be crazy about it or put loads of pressure on myself because there are much more important things.”
