QUEEN BEE Meghan is ruling the family finances with an iron fist, insiders said, even though henpecked hubby Prince Harry is bringing home most of the bacon!

Sources claimed royal rebel Harry has to account for every penny he spends and even had to borrow money to buy his diva wife’s 40th birthday gift.

“Meghan meets with their financial consultants, plus she sets the budget for both their household and personal expenses,” tattled a snitch.

“If Harry buys anything, no matter how cheap, he has to hand Meghan the receipt. She’s always been extremely savvy when it comes to money and it’s highly unlikely she’ll sanction further expenses in England.

“That’s a big reason they’re shutting up shop there and transferring most, if not all, of their cash into American bank accounts.”
