In a bombshell exclusive, the tipster confides the 76-year-old "Cabaret" legend has already begun losing her cognitive abilities and now receives "round-the-clock care" from a nurse at her Los Angeles home.
"Liza often fidgets, her hands shake, and she looks horrible," reveals the tipster. "She sometimes doesn't know who she's talking to and has a hard time focusing. She's had this problem over the last year, and I've heard it was one of the reasons she moved from New York to live permanently in Los Angeles."
