Refugee relives terrifying

HUMAN rights activist Yeonmi Park, 27, escaped North Korea in 2007, and immigrated to the U.S. in 2016. Here, exclusively for The National ENQUIRER, she describes her hellish life inside the rogue regime led by the late Kim Jong-iI and his son Kim Jong-un.

I was born in the northern town of Hyesan, near the China border, in 1993 during one of the worst famines in history.

We ate grasshoppers, dragonflies, plants — anything we could find. My uncle and other relatives died from starvation.

People were literally dying in the streets. Hungry rats would feed on the corpses.
