Parkinson’s-ravaged star bravely croons for charity
TRAGIC NEIL PLAYS HEROIC FINAL CONCERT!

DYING pop icon Neil Diamond bravely burst out of a two-year retirement forced by crippling Parkinson’s disease to heroically perform a heartbreaking farewell for fans!

The plucky Sweet Caroline crooner, 79, shook off the debilitating effects of the killer illness to belt seven of his beloved hits for a grateful audience at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena.

And it was all for charity, raising money for the Cleveland Clinic’s Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health!

The progressive disease causes tremors, rigidity, loss of balance and even delusions and hallucinations.
