Some 46 tigers, seven lions, 15 lion-tiger hybrids and a jaguar were removed from the park when agents served a warrant early last month.
The animals were underweight, had worms and didn’t get enough food “free from contamination,” according to a federal affidavit.
There was also “a strong stench of rotting animals,” says U.S. Fish Wildlife Special Agent Kevin Seiler.
