KENNEDY KID BEATS MOXLEY MURDER RAP!

KENNEDY cousin Michael Skakel is a free man after using power, influence and money to beat the rap for murdering pretty teen Martha Moxley in 1975, sources charge.

Following his conviction and serving 11 years in prison for the crime, Robert F. Kennedy’s nephew slithered through a legal loophole and now Connecticut prosecutors refuse to retry him for the savage slaying — sparking howls of outrage and cover-up!

While prosecutors cite a lack of evidence and dwindling witnesses after all these years, state Supreme Court Justice Carmen E. Espinosa has charged Skakel got off due to his wealth and connections compared to regular Joes.

“Unfortunately for them, the vast majority do not share [Skakel’s] financial resources, social standing, ethnicity or connections to a political dynasty,” the justice wrote in an opinion opposing a court ruling that tossed the Kennedy clansman’s conviction.

“Nor do their cases share the same ‘glam’ and celebrity factor as this cause célèbre.”
