Secret mental breakdown as he’s forced to choose between wife & duty
Harry's Tragic Fight For Sanity

Torn between the royal family and his diva wife, Meghan, Prince Harry suffered a shocking mental breakdown while he hid away for weeks in a $14 million Canadian bolthole, GLOBE has learned.

Aides were so worried about his sanity, a team of therapists was secretly called in to pull him from the brink, a well-placed palace source reveals in a world exclusive.

“Harry’s been open about his struggles with mental health since the death of his mother, Princess Diana, when he was 12,” says the insider.

“But everything seemed well after he married Meghan in 2018 and baby Archie arrived last year.

“However, behind closed doors, the Duke of Sussex was being ripped apart watching his strong-willed American wife drowning in the royal fishbowl.

“He feared she’d leave him — and take Archie with her!

“Finally, it all got too much and he suffered a terrible nervous breakdown.”

For weeks, Harry didn’t leave the Canadian mansion where he was holed up with his family. He was treated as an “inpatient” by top doctors who moved in with the prince and his wife to deliver intense therapy far away from prying eyes, the source says. Harry was given prescription medication to relieve his anxiety, one-on-one therapy with psychiatrists and mental health counselors, as well as family counseling with his wife, the insider says.
