DID SHERIFF RAILROAD SEX CREEP CUOMO?

SHOCKING blunders in the sex crime case against former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo now leave sources claiming the disgraced politico was framed!

Just 11 days after Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple stunned the political world by filing a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching against the 63-year-old Democrat and onetime presidential hopeful, Albany County District Attorney David Soares revealed in court the case was “potentially defective" because accuser Brittany Commisso Cuomo's former executive assistant hadn't given a sworn victim version of her claims to the sheriff. Soares also charges Apple's filing ignored – and left out — evidence that could indicate Cuomo was innocent!

Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple's filing against Cuomo is missing crucial evidence, the district attorney says
