BRAGGING Barack Obama’s gloating as his book sales eclipse those of wife Michelle has opened old wounds and once again pushed the cranky couple toward a final marriage crisis, sources snitch to GLOBE.
Michelle’s blockbuster biography, Becoming, sold 725,000 copies on its first day of publication in 2018, but the former president’s recently released A Promised Land moved more than 800,000 books upon its debut!
Beaming Barack, 59, crowed to talk show host Jimmy Kimmel his 768-page tell-all sold “a tad more” than Michelle’s — but he claimed, “I’m not rubbing it in over dinner.”
However, an insider dishes, “He definitely was rubbing it in, at least in Michelle’s view.
