SCANDAL-SCARRED Prince Andrew shockingly claims he has a get-out-of-jail-free card from bombshell charges he raped an underage girl who was one of his perverted pal Jeffrey Epstein’s sex slaves!

The arrogant royal insists a 2009 secret court deal between his accuser, Virginia Roberts, and convicted pedophile Epstein gives him full immunity — and makes him untouchable, legal experts say.

“Andrew is totally convinced he’ll get this explosive lawsuit thrown out of court — and he’s hired a high-powered attorney experienced in sex abuse cases to do it,” dishes a high-level palace courtier.

“He’s boasting he’s in the clear thanks to the agreement that girl signed in 2009.
