COMEDY CZAR MANIESH PAUL GETS SERIOUS ABOUT ACTING. RAGHUVENDRA SINGH CHATS WITH THE ARTISTE FOR ALL MEDIUMS

Raghuvendra Singh
Man Of Many Moods

He’s the host with the most. Be it anchoring mega events or hosting TV and radio shows, Maniesh Paul rules the dais and charms audiences off their feet. Years of expertise and undiminished enthusiasm have earned him the title of ‘Sultan of Stage’. The young boy from Delhi gained recognition after hosting Saa Ree Gaa Maa Paa Chhote Ustaad. He later appeared in the stand-up comedy series Comedy Circus. He also hosted Dance India Dance Li’l Masters, the celebrity dance competition Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and India’s Got Talent. That’s not all. Fond of acting, he also did TV serials like Ghost Bana Dost, Ssshhhh...Phir Koi Hai, Kahani Shuru With Love Guru and Kuchh Cook Hota Hai. Widening his horizons, he took to the big screen by playing the role of the computer geek Mickey in his feature debut Mickey Virus (2013). “I cherish the memory of seeing the hoarding of the film put up at Juhu Beach just as I’ve preserved the ticket of the train that brought me to Mumbai from Delhi,” smiles the actor who came here in 2005. His other notable films were Tere Bin Laden 2 (2016) and Baa Baaa Black Sheep (2018).
