Chris Pratt on making the transition from galaxy guarding to joining Earth’s mightiest heroes

The New Avenger

What was your first experience on set like?

It’s hard to put into words. It’s an unprecedented cinematic event. I’m a fan of these Marvel movies. Before I was in them, I was an audience member. I was honoured, but I also felt as though I’d won a radio contest or something. It was amazing on so many levels, just having the inside scoop on how this stuff is going to go down.

Was it daunting at all? You’ve done two Guardians movies, but here there are about 45 main characters.
