Tucked on the third floor of Conrad Macao, Bodhi Spa has long been heralded for its panache and dedication to Ayurvedic, Asian and European spa traditions. Its name translating to ‘enlightenment and self-realisation’, Bodhi Spa boasts dark timber interiors with grounding oriental touches. Rooms have showers and a plethora of amenities, but nothing is more enticing than the lavender foot bath waiting beside the bed.
THE LOWDOWN:
Designed mainly for anti-ageing, Bodhi Spa’s Collagen Smoothing Facial and Eye Rescue by Thalgo combine precision work and collagen to hydrate, lift, firm and smooth the skin while easing wrinkles, puffiness and signs of fatigue. I suffered from mild redness and allergies on the neck and looked forward to experiencing the healing powers of marine-infused Thalgo products.
