There seem to be two different worlds emerging amid this upheaval. In one world - where most people live salespeople are working hard, but can’t wait to get back to ‘normal’.

Salespeople are struggling, and still using outdated sales methods like lengthy Powerpoint sales presentations. But buyers get bored quickly, and they are doing their own research on the Features and Benefits of your product or service. Now, they want a deeper ‘engagement’, and many salespeople have not made the transition.

In the other world, a much smaller group of salespeople are enjoying success. They are using the opportunities arising from the pandemic and are in tune with changing consumer behavior. In fact, they’re thriving in this ‘new normal’.
