A monk turned entrepreneur, Dr Bindra started his career as a corporate trainer and a human performance improvement expert and became a trusted Advisor to over 1,500 corporates. He first founded an organization called Global ACT in 2010 which worked as a corporate training partner with leading corporate houses. He was awarded as the “Best Corporate Trainer” by Maruti Suzuki, for three consecutive years. He also started a Flagship Leadership Development Program, Leadership Funnel -- a pioneering six-month Training Program tailored to the needs of former, current and imminent entrepreneurs, businessmen and organizational leaders.
Towards New Goal
In 2019, Dr Bindra rechristened his organization into Bada Business Pvt. Ltd with a new model and goal. Behind this organization was a realization that business management education was available to only a select elite group of students despite millions of people having an entrepreneurial spark. The objective of Bada Business was to create an alternative business education model that would be affordable and accessible to everyone, so that even a boy from a lower-middle-class background in a small town can access it and learn valuable business management skills. Under this objective, Dr Bindra created a two-year management program condensing into it the course materials of all leading global MBA institutions albeit in vernacular languages. The creation of content and delivery of lectures in vernacular and easy to speak language allows its reach to even the lowest common denominator. Bada Business also offers a series of other courses ranging from 2 months to 2 years to address multiple needs of entrepreneurs and wantrepreneurs.
