With 9 halls, designed with a variety of seating formats it can host events that have anywhere between 20 to 350 attendees. Khanvel Resort Synonymous to Opulence and Grandeur

Please tell us about the journey so far?

I came to Mumbai after my 11th exam from Kishangarh in Rajasthan. My brother Prem Godha, now CMD of IPCA Lab, guided me here. I started as a part-time accountant in a shop at Linking Road, Khar for a salary of ₹100. It was a 10 to 6 job. After that, I used to attend college till 9 pm. I also used to do extra account work for others making around 700/- per month. After two years, I joined Amitabh Bachchan for his account work in 1976 at a salary of ₹1000/- and stayed there for 3 years. I left in 1979 when my brother asked me to set up a unit of IPCA at Silvassa in the name of Mexin Medicaments. In 1984 I opted out and went in the Real Estate business. On the suggestion of a forest officer KD Singh, I bought a huge chunk of land near Van Vihar where Khanvel Resort with initially 36 rooms started functioning. Today we’ve 200 rooms.

The Endgame In Ukraine

The Endgame In Ukraine

US President Joe Biden has denied Zelensky’s request so far, but he previously ruled out sending tanks before finally giving in. The same thing will probably happen with the planes. What’s could be the Ukrainian’s next demand? This entire scenario is a long slow march toward nuclear war or the complete disintegration of Ukraine. The Biden administration has essentially turned the war in Ukraine into an existential crisis for the U.S. and NATO, when it never should have been. But the war is existential for Russia, and won’t give up. Is the U.S. just going to throw up its hands and concede Russian victory? NATO may actually disintegrate in the face of such spectacular failure. Maybe a desperate Biden orders troops into western Ukraine as a buffer against a complete Russian takeover of the country. That situation may quickly devolve into a direct war between the U.S. and Russia rather than the says that it’s becoming increasingly likely.

The Third World War is here. The countries now directly involved in the war in Ukraine with weapons, money, intelligence, mercenaries or financial sanctions include the U.S., the U.K., Germany, France, Poland, Lithuania, Canada, Australia, Ukraine, Russia, China, Syria, Iran, Turkey, Japan, Romania, Belarus and Moldova. These countries span four continents. The economic ramifications are global.
