This attention on wellness and hygiene has also prompted guests to notice the often-overlooked nuances in a hotel bathroom. Malhotra explained how this, in turn, encouraged hotels to invest in luxuriant fittings, accessories, faucets, showers, and bathtubs, while reevaluating their bathroom designs.

How can the inclusion of luxurious and comforting elements in their bathroom projects help hotels elevate their overall guest experience?

Comfort and relaxation are mandatory expectations in all hotels. In that context, the bathroom plays a key role, next only to the bed and the promise of a good night’s sleep, if we consider only the in-room experience.
