While going through the spa, I got to meet Mylo Lallawmzuali, Spa Manager at Shine Spa for Sheraton at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway. Mylo is a vibrant individual, who comes with an experience of over eight years. She began her career with D’Ashram Mumbai as a Spa Therapist, in 2011. Over the years, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to envision innovative spa concepts that won her many accolades. The excerpts of the interview follow:
