One sector that is probably facing the biggest challenge in adapting to this change would be Human Resources (HR). HR, or People Management in some companies, have been around for decades. The HR staff are the ones who make sure our work experience is pleasant, as well as ensuring all regulatory and work ethics are met. They manage staff and ensure the best for staff be it in their career growth or health issues.

How do they do this? By collecting data, long training sessions and speaking to their staff. From checking time logs to measuring Key Performance Indexes (KPI) for promotions of staff and others.
