Others are dedicated to the world of science and through their discoveries contribute to the advancement of civilization and yet others spend their lives in the service of their communities and peoples they barely know and who are in need. Success for me is challenging myself and embarking on a mission of self-growth. Sadly we believe accomplishments are all about proving to the world, this notion needs to be questioned. It is a continuous journey of self-growth.

While working I realized there is a huge gap between the client expectations and the commitments made by the marketing team. This often led to a lot of differences in the expectations between clients and the agency. I set up PR365 with clarity, whatever will be finally agreed upon will be delivered. But easier said than done, my biggest challenge was, setting the process in place and inculcating discipline within myself and the employees. The thought of opting for the easy way out was the biggest temptation to be kept at bay. Soon, resilience, and perseverance, paved the way for the agency’s growth.

This helped me in discovering myself. Life taught me, success is a constant expedition and with no final destination. That’s why, an appetite for perpetual learning, is very important. Learn as much as one can, it will make you fearless, keep on doing certifications, take risks and widen your horizons.
