ONE OF VOLVO’S FINE IDIOSYNCRASIES is to cater to the well-being of its clientele. The brand pioneers safety technologies, offers a serene cabin experience in all its cars and plans are already in the works to go fully electric by 2030 — espousing a holistic sense of well-being. And India won’t be leftout of its plans as the brand turns towards cleaner fuels. Four new Volvos are set for launch in India by 2022 and three of them will launch this year, including the XC40 Recharge alongside the petrol-powered XC60 and the S90. The electric SUV-coupe iteration of the XC40, the C40 Recharge will arrive in 2022.
