Gaurav Gill and Team MRF successfully complete their second outing in WRC2
THE FINNISH RALLY HAS TO be one of the most spectacular events on the WRC calendar. Like what Spa Francorchamps is to F1, Neste Rally Finland is to WRC. Extremely fast stages with blind turns and massive elevation changes make for a spectacle worth watching live. Especially the hallowed Ouninpojha stage, which features insane crests where these rallying beasts fly through the air. So you can imagine what Gaurav Gill felt as he lined up to begin his maiden rally attempt.
At Neste Rally Finland, the Finnish drivers were on a rampage on their home turf, but Gill with co-driver Glenn Macneall was on a quest to gather the best of data and learning from the stages. For Gill and MRF Tyres, this was only their second World Rally Championship appearance.
