PGS Showcases The 'Best Of Brum' On New Volvo FH

Birmingham-based, PGS GlobalLogistics is marking its 25th anniversary in business with a Volvo FH13.500 tractor unit featuring scenes and personalities from the UK’s second city.

Supplied by at Hartshorne Motor Services, Birmingham, with a Volvo Blue Service Contract, the new top specification 6x2 pusher axle FH anniversary flagship is powered by Volvo’s D13K 500hp Euro 6 engine, coupled to a 12-speed, I-Shift automated manual transmission system.

David Bayliss, Commercial Director at PGS Global Logistics, said: “Volvo is now our preferred brand and its products have performed very well with few problems. All our tractor units are now Volvo and our driver retention figures have also improved thanks to the marque.”
