Safety. It is the primary concern that comes along with urban lifestyle. Not a single day passes when you read about break-ins, burglaries or thefts in local newspapers and that’s the reason why most of us have a lock-and-key solution for everything. But unbelievably in our modern civilization that our ancestors branded as “Kalyug” there is a place of respite, which is possibly the only place in the entire world of its kind. It is a small hamlet of Shani Shignapur, 40km from the town of Ahmednagar. We went to visit this rural marvel of modern times to show you how the people live here without the fear of crime.
Safety is quite synonymous with Renault Triber too, as car has recently claimed a robust 4-Star Global NCAP safety rating the highest for any 7 seater mass segment car in India, and that’s quite evident in its sturdy build quality. The doors shut with a satisfying thud, the body panels are sturdy while the car also comes with a minimum of 2 airbags with an addition of 2 more in the higher-end models. But with it, Renault hasn’t forgotten about what big families desire when they’re scouting for a car that can carry them to distant places in comfort.
The thing about families is that every member has their own unique needs. This even boils down to their choice of the car too. While the grandparents would give more preference to comfort, the kids want better features and their parents would lean towards better safety. With the safety aspect taken care of, Renault Triber also fares well with its practical set of features that have been designed to keep the entire family cozy when traveling short or long distances. For instance, there are air conditioning vents all the way to the third row of seats so everyone gets ample amounts of cooling, there are 2 cooled spaces; one being the glove box at the front while another is in the center console that can be directly accessed by the middle row passengers. The middle row is highly flexible too with seats offering to slide, recline and tumble function to ensure easy ingress for the third-row passengers.
