Motown India|October-November 2021
For the ride experience, I must say the engine literally purrs. Power delivery is very linear and the TVS Jupiter 125 is very planted on the road.
TVS Jupiter 125 BIG BOSS

After successfully launching the Jupiter 110 a few years ago, TVS Motor Company has now launched a new TVS Jupiter 125. The TVS Jupiter 125 is available in Drum, Drum Alloy and Disc variant. The price of the Jupiter 125 with drum brakes in front and rear costs Rs 73,400.

The model with the drum brakes but with alloy wheels costs Rs 76,800 while the variant with disc in front costs Rs 81,300, ex showroom. The disc variant comes with diamond-cut alloy wheels. One can choose from Dawn Orange, Indi Blue, Pristine White and Titanium Grey colours. We got the top variant for a review.

FEATURES & DESIGN

In terms of dimensions, the new Jupiter is 1852mm in length, 681mm in width and 1168mm in height. This is different from the Jupiter 110 which is 1834 x 678 x 1286 mm. The wheelbase, however, remains similar at 1275 mm and the ground clearance too has not changed at 163mm.

It has chrome accents around with chrome in front and sides and even above the instrument cluster. A piano black finish is there on front on the small wind deflector. The scooter gets a stylish LED headlamp and signature front light guides on either sides with indicators. The rear tail-lamp consists of a bulb with LED light guide.
