Another Merc delayed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the second generation of the GLA has finally arrived to take on the BMW X1, Mini Countryman, and Volvo XC40. It looks more grown-up than its predecessor and comes with more muscular styling cues that Indian buyers like on their SUVs. The AMG Line trim — seen here and only available with the higher-spec 220d 4MATIC — adds larger 19-inch alloys, more aggressive front and rear bumpers, and more, and looks sportier than the front-wheel-drive GLA 200 and 220d in Progressive Line trim, which means it looks better in my book.
