OnePlus worked with McLaren, who uses this technology in their cars, to develop what could well be OnePlus&rsquo; s next phone.It works by passing an electric current through a layer in the glass to change the transparency of the glass. It also hides the cameras without resorting to a physical mechanism. For all you photography enthusiasts out there, it also means that if you go into the phone&rsquo;s Pro camera settings, you&rsquo;ll find a neutral density filter option that claims to provide a three-f-stop reduction of light.Is it expensive? It is only a concept, but it looks pretty production-ready to us. We hope it makes it to production with the McLaren papaya orange colour, too!
