THE SECOND RACE At Sakhi also proved to be a memorable night. the outer loop was being used for the very first time and would see lap-times below one minute. with hamilton out, George Russell would be in the championship-winning AMG. Jake Aitken, Williams’ reserve driver, would make his racing début. And, with Romain Grosjean recovering from his horrendous accident, Haas reserve Pietro Fittipaldi, the grandson of two-time f1 champion Emerson Fittipaldi, stepped in.
