Fuel Components and Plumbing.

Project Car Update

When last we checked progress on Truck Norris, our project 1967 C10, we had installed the Blueprint Engines 540 and Tremec T56 Magnum, mating the two with a QuickTime bell housing and McLeod dual-disc clutch. We also got the 2-inch primary long-tube Hedman headers to fit once we removed the truck’s stock four-speed-transmission mount cross member. Most of the heavy lifting is done, and we’re getting closer to hearing our badass C10 running on its own. Now, we’re down to all the little yet time-consuming details: plumbing the fuel system, installing a cooling system that is capable of shedding the amount of heat a 700hp engine generates, and running the exhaust. Let’s see how much progress we’ve made.
