Being a business that’s driven by innovation, the brief for its new offices for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions in Bangalore, sought a design that facilitated transparency, connectivity, collaboration for both staff and visitors. It also demanded something that would suit its ideology & beliefs, as well as its identity as a trendsetter in the industry that provides the right solutions across different verticals.
Zyeta was the chosen one. Zyeta established in 2008 is currently located in 3 cities across India.
A team of young and dynamic architects, interior designers, engineers and project management professionals designers, engineers and project management professionals with a zeal to excel offer highly innovation and distinct solutions.
Zyeta worked closely with the Trelleborg Sealing Solutions team in India, to create a workspace that is timeless, fun, fresh & energetic and one that clearly reflects the high-tech image of the company, as well as remaining faithful to the firm’s corporate identity standards.
Strategic location and zoning of the functions, utilizing the best of the building’s potential, for example, locating the reception and Innovation Centre near the lobby area to maximize on the façade glazing and an eye-pleasing view of the flyover network that connects two important nodes of Bangalore city; another added benefit of being in the upper most floor, with more natural light and better view of the surroundings.

The Contemporary Agenda
A house to be built for two brothers and their families on a plot area of 132 sq. metre. The initial idea was to build 2 duplexes one for each family. The clients brief was simple they needed their houses to be wanted their house to be contemporary.
