Ten years later I studied as a make-up artist on the side and tried my first bodypainting. It would take six more years to get to my first contest, but that seeded the spark of the bodypaint virus. Your model is like a three-dimensional canvas (no disrespect!) and that’s how my brain likes to perceive art, I guess. Like a sculptor.
