A misty morning is one of the most magical times to head out with your camera. However, if the conditions aren't right for fog or mist then it's possible to create your own, or to enhance the appearance of naturally occurring fog. In our scene the mist is rolling in over the landscape below, but there's none around the tree, so we can paint some in to create a more atmospheric image.
