NO hay nada mejor que transmitir la energía que siento cuando estoy en un restaurante, tanto si es en la cocina en pleno ajetreo, como si es en un comedor repleto. Creo que esto es importante porque, por ejemplo, las imágenes estáticas de platos apilados no captan la atmósfera de una cocina. En un restaurante lleno a la hora punta, hay varios empleados cocinando, sirviendo y yendo de un lado a otro en una danza sin control pero perfecta. Me encanta mostrar la comida y su elaboración, y también transmitir este caos.
