I long for the old days of dingy smoke-filled clubs and Punk culture. I look around the back alleys of my mind and seek inspiration from the shadows of the past and the different greens of a brilliant new generation. When I get ready to paint, I close my eyes and imagine the scene. I'll start painting; then I'll forget everything, everything except how things used to be.
