GERHARD Struber has provided an update on Scott Twine ahead of Bristol City’s trip to Portsmouth with the head coach revealing “it looks really good” that the free-kick expert will be available for selection at Fratton Park
The Robins play on the south coast this lunchtime looking to get back to winning ways after their midweek defeat to Wrexham. Pompey sit 20th in the Sky Bet Championship table, just two points clear of Oxford and the relegation zone.
Twine was not included in City’s matchday squad at the Racecourse as Struber’s side were beaten 2-0 on Wednesday evening. The decision was taken to leave the 26-year-old out after he had been suffering with soreness in his quad in the wake of the win over Swansea last weekend.
