These programmes blend strategic thinking towards sustainable alternatives, digital fluency, and global perspectives, helping experienced professionals embrace adaptive, innovation-driven, cutting-edge technology-enabled leadership. As per the Future of Jobs Report 2025, 85 per cent of employers surveyed plan to prioritise upskilling their workforce, with 70 per cent of employers expecting to hire staff with new skills, 40 per cent planning to reduce staff as their skills become less relevant, and 50 per cent planning to transition staff from declining to growing roles.
