The Bureau of Customs launched the “Isumbong kay Commissioner,” the BOC’s official online platform designed to streamline, expedite and enhance transparency in addressing public complaints and concerns related to customs services and operations.

BOC Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno said the platform is modeled after the “Isumbong sa Pangulo” of President Marcos, which reflects the chief executive’s commitment to strengthening public accountability and creating direct, open and responsive communication channels with stakeholders.
