THE Trump-Musk bromance was short-lived, typical of the fast-paced, glitzy Hollywood lifestyle of America.
No sooner was Trump in the Oval Office than he had a fallout with his staunch ally Elon Musk, who reportedly spent a whopping $277 million on his election campaign to secure him the presidency for a second time.
Trump rewarded his friend with a cabinet post, but it lasted a mere few months, with Elon handing in his resignation after the two friends didn't see eye to eye on certain issues, most noticeably Trump’s tariff war.
The ugly spat between the two former pals went public, with neither of them holding back their sharp, forked tongues.
